All orders containing reference-grade materials are packed and processed in our climate-controlled domestic facility. Fulfillment and shipping are subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays or during national holidays will be queued for the following business day once stock is cleared.

Cold-Chain Packaging & Stability

Lyophilized peptide powders are inherently stable at room temperature during typical transit timelines. However, to guarantee peak molecular integrity, all shipments are packed in insulated vacuum-foil bags accompanied by temperature-controlled gel packs. This safeguards the compounds against thermal degradation during extreme seasonal conditions.

Upon arrival at your research facility, we recommend immediately transferring the vials to a long-term storage unit kept below –20 °C (or –80 °C for extended retention).

Service Tiers & Carrier Options

We offer USPS and FedEx options for all domestic addresses:

• Priority Ground Service: 2–4 business days, flat-rate tracking included.
• Expedited Express: 1–2 business days, temperature preservation guaranteed.
• Overnight Priority: Next business day (available for orders submitted before 12:00 PM EST).

Geographic Restrictions

Fulfillment is strictly limited to addresses within the United States. We do not dispatch research materials to international jurisdictions via standard checkouts. Institutional international researchers may request customs clearance assistance through our specialized support line.
