Returns & Replacement Policy
Chain-of-Custody Requirements
Due to the sensitive scientific nature of lyophilized research compounds and strict laboratory quality control guidelines, Precision Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a shipment leaves our climate-controlled fulfillment center, we cannot verify its storage conditions, exposure to heat/light, or physical seal integrity. Consequently, returned materials can never be re-introduced to our inventory.
Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If your shipment arrives with broken vials, damaged seals, or thermal barrier compromise:
- Document the packaging and vial conditions immediately upon receipt.
- Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged shipping box and individual container seals.
- Submit a report via our Lab Support portal within 72 hours of delivery.
Confirmed transport damage will be resolved immediately with priority replacements dispatched at no additional cost to your institution.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible for orders that have not yet entered the physical packaging or labeling queue. Once a shipment is assigned a tracking number and transferred to the carrier, the purchase is final. In the rare event of a verified laboratory validation issue, contact our Quality Control department for specialized review.
